Cancellation Policy

FOR IN-PERSON READINGS AT A LIVE EVENT; Decide on length of time for each reading (it is suggested for large events to have readings not go over 30 minutes. 15 Minutes is a usual amount of time for reading at large events. Otherwise, people get bored waiting. 10 minutes would be the shortest reading possible. Keep in mind if you simply keep a list of names and do not set appointments, you may have a lot of disappointed guests at the end of your event. It is suggested that actual timed appointments are made to avoid dissatisfaction aimed at either you, your company, or the Cool Crone. If you are hosting a very large event, it is suggested that you hire 2 readers. In a 3-hour time span, with 1 reader delivering 15-minute readings, about 12 readings can be delivered. You can hire a 2nd Cool Crone reader to help out. The terms of engagement for the 2nd reader are identical to the terms for the Cool Crone. FOR VIRTUAL READINGS LIVE STREAMED TO AN EVENT You must have someone coordinating appointments on your end. This is the Appointment Coordinator. The Appointment Coordinator will keep a list of clients and assign appointment times in order to maximize the time used for readings. You must provide a location with hardware & Internet connection for a video conference where clients can have privacy. Video Conferences will be conducted using Google Meet, so the equipment must be loaded with Google Chrome. The meeting can be accessed through a link within an Email or Google Calendar Invitation which will come from the Cool Crone website. The client will be seated at the appointed time by the Appointment Coordinator and ushered out at the end of the reading. The video conference (and individual readings) will not be recorded. If clients choose, they can record their own reading (audio only) on their phones. No video recording will be allowed. Readings will last no longer than the agreed upon time limit and may be a few minutes shorter. The Cool Crone is not responsible for a client’s missing their appointments, there will be no refunds for any readings during this event. It is the responsibility of the Appointment Coordinator to seat clients for their readings in a timely manner and to usher them out at the end of each reading. If clients are late or try to make the reading last longer than it should, the Cool Crone will not continue reading after the allotted time frame for the event stated in the contract and may request that the Appointment Coordina
