Cancellation Policy

All astrology services require 2 weeks notice Our Policies The following information refers to Services or Readings purchased by you, the client, delivered by Colleen Pearl aka Colleen Pearl Trusler, the Cool Crone which is run under the business name The Cool Crone LLC. All Rights are Reserved. Payments Payment is required to book services for The Cool Crone. Payment is taken through the Website; TheCoolCrone.com which uses the WIX secure payment app. Reading Platform All Readings, either International or Domestic, by the Cool Crone are designed to be personal one-on-one sessions which are conducted over either Zoom or Google Meet. If there are multiple people on the session, you will be charged for each additional person at a multiple of the standard one-person rates listed on the website. Please notify us at CoolCrone444.com in advance if you are requesting a Group Session and we will generate the appropriate electronic invoice for payment in advance. Alternatively, each person can book appointments during separate times via the Website, TheCoolCrone.com. Recordings Each reading is recorded. A downloadable link for the recording is sent to you via email after the reading has concluded. This may take up to 3 business days. Appointment Times and Missed Appointments All appointments are scheduled in EASTERN TIME. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. If you fail to show up at that time, you will not be refunded. Please understand that not showing up for an appointment affects valuable appointment time. We do not keep a cancellation list at this time. Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule your reading with no penalty fees if you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the appointment means you will be charged full for the original slot and must pay full price for the new appointment. Please do not book and pay for an appointment if you do NOT intend to keep it.
