Cancellation Policy

Our Policies The following information refers to Services or Readings purchased by you, the client, delivered by Colleen Pearl aka Colleen Pearl Trusler, the Cool Crone which is run under the business name The Cool Crone LLC. All Rights are Reserved. Booking Appointments When booking an appointment be sure to log into your account. Having an account is free and will allow you to change your appointments online. We will not flood your inbox with emails just because you have an account. Payments Payment is required to book services for The Cool Crone. Payment is taken through the Website, TheCoolCrone.com, which uses the WIX secure payment app. Reading Platform All Readings, either International or Domestic, by the Cool Crone are designed to be personal one-on-one sessions conducted over Google Meet Video Conferencing. We also offer Card readings for up to 4 people at a time, in one video session. If you would like readings for 5 or more people or would like live (in person) readings for an event, please fill out the Request for Parties Form. We will send you a proposal with our standard booking requirements. The Cool Crone is in New Jersey, so travel is restricted to the Tri-State area. Recordings Each reading is recorded. A downloadable link for the recording is sent to you via email after the reading has concluded. This may take up to 3 business days. Appointment Times and Missed Appointments It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment. If you fail to show up at that time, you will not be refunded. Please understand that not showing up for an appointment affects valuable appointment time. We do not keep a cancellation list at this time. Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule your reading (please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, if possible) on our website. Log into your account and pick another time and date that works better for you. If you cancel your reading, we will send you a full refund minus a $5 transaction fee. However, if you try to cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reserved time, no refund will be sent. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment to another date and time that works better for you. All refunds will be issued through the website, and payment will come from WIX.
